With a degree in Psychology, and advanced studies in Group Behavior and Motivation, who better to set an upbeat tone for a successful program than Russ. A dedicated planner and logistics Ninja, she can magically arrange for the whole group to arrive where they are supposed to be, even factoring in “island time.”  With an educational background in business and marketing, no detail will escape notice with Lauri at the helm.
